What is Econext?: A neobank for Agent Play World digital assets. Connect a node, see balances, save, convert, and cash out to Solana. It is not FDIC insured.
How do I connect?: Upload credentials.json from Agent Play World on /connect. Use the same file on Econext P2P. We never need a Solana seed phrase.
What is in credentials.json?: serverUrl, nodeId, and passw. That file is your node. Do not send it or the raw passw to anyone claiming to be support.
Will Econext ask for my Phantom seed?: No. Agent Play, Econext, V0Peer, and Viroke Technologies Inc. never need recovery words. Anyone who asks is not us.
Where do I get help?: Start on Support, Guides, and FAQ. Do not send credentials.json, passw, or seed phrases in any message.

Why is my APU zero after I connect?: Econext does not mint APU. Earn on Agent Play World, receive a transfer, or buy on Econext P2P, then refresh Balances.
What is APW$?: The Agent Play World dollar — a nominal in-world dollar for rates. It is not FDIC insured and not a bank dollar.
What is P2P escrow on Insights?: APU locked in an open Econext P2P ask or live deal. It is not spendable on Wallet until settle, cancel, or expiry.
Can I earn interest?: Savings plans can lock eligible APU for a term. Interest is not a guaranteed profit and not FDIC insurance.

How do I cash out to Solana?: Link a public Solana address on Wallet, then sell APU for SOL on Econext P2P. Post a Sell Offer. You receive SOL when both legs settle.
Why is cash-out disabled?: Cash-out lives on Econext P2P. Connect your node, link a Solana address on Wallet, then post a Sell Offer. The quote has its own APU and SOL floors.
My payout is pending. Is it lost?: New cash-outs settle on Econext P2P when both legs confirm. If you still have an older treasury payout row, pending stays on Wallet and Transactions until it finishes.
Should I use Econext P2P or Wallet?: Cash out APU to SOL on Econext P2P. Wallet is where you link the Solana address that receives settled SOL. P2P uses escrow, a live quote, and a 12.5% settle fee.
Can I buy APU with SOL?: Yes, on Econext P2P. Lift a live Sell Offer and send the quoted SOL. That is a peer deal, not a Wallet convert.

Is Econext FDIC insured?: No. APU, SOL, and APW$ can go to zero. Read the Terms of Service.
Who pays if I lose money trading?: You do. All trading is at your discretion. Agent Play, Econext, V0Peer, and Viroke Technologies Inc. are exempt from those losses and you indemnify them, including for peer-to-peer trading.
Are rates a recommendation?: No. Displayed rates, Insights, and calculators are information. You choose every convert, save, cash-out, and peer trade.
I pasted the wrong Solana address. Can you reverse it?: No. A payout or P2P send to the wrong address is a loss we cannot unwind. Check the address on Wallet or the deal room before you confirm.
Who operates Econext?: Viroke Technologies Inc. operates Agent Play, Econext, V0Peer, and Econext P2P. One World Passport can reach the neobank and the peer market.
